Walked into the building and was the only client in the place (they had 4 staff members behind the counter!) I stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes and several people made eye contact with me but nobody acknowledge me or said anything.
It’s a really nice place, fun, ambience, well-maintained, menu looks really fun. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy any of it because I’m feeling a little snarky today and left :-)
Sorry guys… I recommend some training on the basics of customer service (which seems to be rare in the younger generations coming up these days)
If I was in a better mood I would’ve given a few stars but you just never know, so might as well treat every client like they are important and you are happy to see them
10/10 tons of flavors, clean place, great atmosphere!!
And most importantly clean restrooms!! Restrooms tell a lot about a place!
The flavors are good and service is usually fast. Only issue is occasionally you’ll find a large chunk of ice not shaven in your snow cone. Has happened to me twice already at this specific location.
Placed an order online and when I got to the place I sat at the drive thru for a few minutes with no one responding. I backed up to see if I could see anyone inside and a girl came out to tell me they closed early for the holiday (it was the day before Thanksgiving). No signs or anything. When I asked what to do about getting a refund for the order I placed she said it was a 3rd party and it would probably just be refunded. Went to the app and used contact us and was told it was a 3rd party and I’d have to contact them. There’s no place on the app to contact anyone else. So I responded and asked how to contact the 3rd party and have never heard back. Been to this location a couple times and have never been impressed. I guess it’s good I’ll never go back.
We've been to Bahama Buck's a few times. It's always clean. The people that work there are very efficient and there's not usually a long wait for snow cones. They serve a lot more than just snow cones they also serve smoothies and ice cream. There is a drive-thru but I've never used it. This place is perfect for a summer treat.

The cleanliness is not happening at this location! The last time this happened I didn't say anything because I thought you weee having a bad day. I am so mad because I decided to come here today only for hair to be in my snow! Come on! Make sure that the cups are in clean sterile places! Don't serve paying customers nasty cups!!! I will not be back!
Follow up: I decided to try this location one more time!!! They are disgusting!!! Looks like a rat took a big chew off of the side. Now, this lady wouldn't have given this cup to anyone else! Why the heck would you serve this to any paying customer!!! Do better!! I'm reporting this location to corporate because this is not the standard! if I could give 0 stars I would! SUCKS!!
